The sporting code still applies to them, though.
OP, if you think that player is taking their frustrations too far you should report the player. If the steward agrees that player will be told to chill out.
People drive up into me and catch my front fender with their rear fender when I'm at the edge of the track or next to the wall from time to time. Usually ends up with them yelling in their mic about how I spun them.. on purpose. Just make sure to save all your replays that way if anyone like the person you had your incident with decides to make the claim that you did something on purpose you'll be able to show your inputs, and also the other vehicle blinking, to the steward if it even goes it that far.
