Access Denied?

I'm getting an error that says Loading Failed, Access Denied, Timed out StartGameA after 4 seconds.

I reinstalled the game yesterday at it worked, but obviously redownloading a 28GB game every time to fix it isn't great.

It was "LightingService.exe" which control the RBG LED lighting on my computer's hardware that was causing an issue.
