iRacing refund from steam

So back in Decemeber i bought iRacing in steam store for only €5,49 and thought let’s try it a month.. set the account to non renewal. Steam now has charged me for a new full month. Requested a refund (iracing account is inactive) but steam will not refund me nor a decent reason is given. There is no possibility to reply by email and i am unable to find contact info. Anyone dealt with this type of issue? I mean it’s only €13,99 but they shouldn’t have charged me.. thanks

Hi LithiumFox, thanks for your reply. I contacted both and iRacing said Ihave to contact steam for the refund coz it is a totally different system they both (steam and iRacing) have. Steam simply says they will not refund. So I am kind of being in between both. There is no way I can contact steam, or at least I cant find any ways to. Just dont get it why they do me like this.. Like I said, its only or just 13,99 and feels unfair to say the least and was wondering if any people have had the same experience..

Its not like they "shouldnt", you have active subscription and you should cancel it in your account details. Monthly subscription cant be refunded as long as DLC's, i guess.
Anyway, you need to cancel it, or they will continue to charge you next month.

Me too I cancelled within 1 hr and ste@m won’t refund
