My view is in the floorboard
Just getting started but when the VR starts and I'm in the car, I'm often sitting in the floorboard and everything is very close. When I stand it, its almost right but I want it to be that way when seated. Is there anything I can hit or change to center the view to my current height in my chair? I'm on the oculus Rift

ok, go to Documents folder - Iracing scroll down to rendererDX11.ini
open it scroll down to and change AUTOCENTER=0 to 1.
[Oculus Rift]
RiftEnabled=1 ; Enable Oculus Rift Support
PixelsPerDisplayPixel=150 ; (50% to 300%): 125%=1.25, over 100% may hurt performance!
AutoSelect=0 ; Use Rift, if detected, without prompting
AutoCenter=0 ; Re-center the HMD pose when health/safety warning disappears
UIScreenSize=130 ; 3D UI screen width (cm)
UIScreenDistance=70 ; 3D UI screen distance (cm)
MirrorEnabled=1 ; Create mirror texture and render copies on screen.
PrevVirtualMirrorWidth=1256 ; System use only -> do not edit...
PrevVirtualMirrorHeight=236 ; System use only -> do not edit...

[OpenVR]
OpenVREnabled=1 ; Enable OpenVR Support
ResolutionScalePct=150 ; (50% to 300%): 125%=1.25, over 100% may hurt performance!
AutoSelect=0 ; Use OpenVR without prompting (note: Oculus has priority if enabled)
AutoCenter=1 ; Re-center the HMD pose when health/safety warning disappears
UIScreenSize=130 ; 3D UI screen width (cm)
UIScreenDistance=70

You can edit most things for VR in this file what also helps is map look left and look right to keys press both at same time centers view.
Hope this helps.

Hey, thank you very much..this worked like a charm. Any recommendations on best resolution settings? I have a 1070 card and the resolution in the car and on the track is not optimal. Any recommended settings for that file?
