do not buy this game

the title says it all. DONT buy it. you will pay for a game that doesnt have the proper tracks and cars so you have to additionally pay for that too? ok fine i will because i want to play a serious sim. np i ll grab my wallet and purchase a bunch of tracks and cars. it all starts well i rank up quite easily and drive pretty decent for a beginner, i have this in all games so there must be some talent somewhere right?

ok, i have license A after a couple of weeks, you begin with 1300 (irating that is) and i bumped mine up to around 1450. this is where the bullsh*t starts. from this point on, i always get hit from behind by people who litterally do not pay attention to what is happening on the pitch. once or twice in 6 races? ok no problem sh*t happens all good. but its litterally every single race from this point on. rolling start ? you know where you have to follow the pace car, even before we are at the last turn before the pit i have 2 randoms behind me hitting me giving me a total of 8 times contact (8 incs). race is done all i can go for is irating so i continue to race. i bump up a spot or 5 or 6, im now in the top 5, and the same moron who hit me @ the rolling start, is the same guy who litterally crashes into the back of my car, leaving me to spin go off track and hit the wall only to bounce back on track and get hit 4 more times. EDIT: i forgot to mention the horrors in turn 1 on every single race, where again people dont pay attention and just go twice as fast in the turn where you can not go faster than 60 KM p/h. this ♥♥♥♥ is unreal.

and the funniest thing is, im getting punished for this. so i report them all every race that it happens i report them, and i see them the next day racing as if nothing happened. LOL?

so next week, im in this practice session, there were a bunch of guys trolling and stuff, i did not pay any mind, its a practice session. so i joined in, appearantly people actually report you for a practice session. ok np go report me man , you ll def win the first spot with reporting someone in practice. this is the first time i have ever been reported , and immediatly i get 1 week suspension.

is this for real? i get hit by every single moron in the actual race, no one gets banned or suspended. i troll 1 time in my entire career, in a practice session ffs, and i get an immediat suspension? foh iracing rules/system is trash.

i am telling you, do NOT buy this, you ll end up paying a whole lot of ♥♥♥♥ing money on the game itself , then you have to buy cars and tracks if you want to race other races than the mazda cup and believe me you will want to because in that cup are the biggest noobs. then you tryhard and tryhard and it pays off, only to get wrecked by noobs who can not drive but aquired the same license you have, and i have license A LOL. the only incidents i cause are off tracks. i dont cause others to crash or spin or go off track . thats simply not how i race, but it always happens to me and i get punished for another one's inadequacy.

Wonder if they will ever make a race sim that isnt a cash crab, ever since race 07 died out all these race sims just hammer you for cash. None of the content is justifiable for the prices. Would have to spend near 120GBP just to play raceroom fully. What happened to just content in a base package? I shouldnt have to buy tracks and cars if i already paid to just play a few tracks an cars, daylight robbery.
This with subscription is a touch better but what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cash grab, these companies should be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ashamed.

The fact that OP called a race track a 'pitch' immediately discredits anything he says. He obviously doesnt know much about motorsports and thus probably doesnt know much about racing and racecraft by association. Therefore hes claiming he kept getting hit, but it was more likely his fault for being slow and in the way.

Your in rookie, the only thing you need to do is get outa rookie. Mute everyone, don't engague anyone, don't race anyone, drive clean no offtrack or hitting walls or other racers. Find a gap in the race and run out the lapps forget about the finish your position or racing with others. Run clean lapps and get outa rookie fast, things get better from there. Read the sporting code and F.I.R.S.T. watch the vids and start learning how to race, if you are the type of person to piss and moan and go crying over everything then iRacing will not be for you.
