Can i pass a class only with time trial?
I want to drive Renault 2.0 but i don't wanna race skip barber at all, can i pass from D to C only time-trialing?
If so, how does that works and how much times do you think i have to do it?

Yes you can, but I would not recommend it, especially if you are fairly new to sim racing. Racing the skippy will teach you a lot about race craft, driving in a crowd and most importantly how to identify and avoid potential problems. Because the car is slower you have more time to react and greater margin of error.

With that being said, in order to get promoted to C, you have to have 4 offical races or 4 time trials in a D-series championship and a 3.0 or greater safety rating at the end of the season. If you have the 4 races/time trials and a 4.0 safety rating you get promoted immediately.
Skip barber is really fun for begining but if you dont wont this car ,you can take the Spec Race Ford ( Free class D Car ) for passing your class D to C , (renault is C).

if you wont your license up before the end of season( promotion) you need up to 4.0 +4 race in your class, it will change your class directrly, no promotion waiting ...(if you waiting promotion is 3.0 )

Good luck !

(sorry for my english im french)

it will take you an eternity longer if you just time trial, and you also won't learn how to drive around others. If you are that bothered about avoiding the Skip Barber, just go to Mazdas, Grand Touring Cup or Spec Racer Ford. Global Challenge and Ruf GT3 should be avoided like the plague, they are terrible series to race in as everyone just jumps in expecting to be the next Ayrton Senna.
you can, time will vary based on the track but it would take a long time, i'd imagine you'd get really, really bored. license rating only goes up .02-.04 each time if you never make any mistakes and post good times.

like mentioned above, you'd need to go to 4.0 if you don't want to wait for the end of season promotion at 3.0, you start at 2.5. you'd also be robbing yourself of the much needed experience of driving with traffic (not a good idea to wilfully deny yourself that experience, you'd be seriously handicapping yourself).
