Angel Goat achievement not working

I was trying to get the Angel Goat achievement today in Goat Simulator, where you have to stand and do nothing for 5 minutes. However, over 5 minutes passed and I still didn't get the achievement and my goat didn't transform into Angel Goat. Also, I made sure I wasn't Devil Goat when I was trying to get it. Am I the only one experiencing this?

It doesn't work everytime but, yes, it works.

I've found it only works for me at the start of the game. If I've been playing for a while and then leave it alone for 5 minutes or longer, nothing happens. But if i start a new game and wait 5 minutes I get my halo.

Hmm okay Ant, I might try your strategy, because every time I've tried it was after playing the game a bit.

Yup, Ant's suggestion worked - if anyone else is having trouble with this, just idle when you first start the game at the spawn point for it to work.

Im having the same problem still. Even if I idle at the start. Apparently you need to make sure nothing goes in rag doll mode. Regardless if its your fault of not, and people keep on tripping over things! even if I move everything out of the way and don't see anyone tripping it still doesn't work. I feel like I'm the only one still having this problem...

I got the angel goat by accident. I was planning on getting the devil goat so it caught me by surprise when I turned angel seconds before devil. I was having trouble getting to the top of the goat tower and spent a lot of time on it. Managed not to bump anyone getting to the sacrifice circle and *poof* angel.

It made it a little awkward sacrificing my goats. :)

You know I might have paused while trying to get up the tower. I don't really remember. I had to pause a lot that morning so my son could tell me about things he had done playing Goat Sim. You could try pausing for a couple of minutes and see if that helps.

I tried it again and pausing didn't really help it just took longer. I was still able to angel though. Try going into the goat tower and walking around for 5 minutes on the red carpet. You can't knock any people over there and it's easy to dodge the goats. I walked up and down the red carpet until it gave it to me this time.

I have the issue too. I wonder if changing the physics quality settings will work, like setting it to low physics quality maybe. I have tried high and mid already.

I'm having the sane problem with it too, I can't get the angel mutation and achievement.

Edit: I just tried waiting 10 minutes and nope. Going to try in that not so secret cow farm thing though, I don't think they fall over that much.

Edit: nvm, they fall over plenty.

Edit2: Wait, I have another idea. Edit3: Nope, using that rags to wiches sub world trap thing doesn't work either.

Yup I can't get this achievement either.

I used to get it no matter what I did after 5 minutes, but they fixed it, but it seems some people can't get it at all now.
