Hello, there is a "Dead face: Icon for instinct over by the court house near the Police station, Central City. How can we find it? I've been all on the inside, is it on the roof and if so how to reach it?

It's in the armory. You need to have completed the side mission where the police officer wants a shot gun, grenade etc. and then do the "sloth" psychopath mission.

After, you have the armory key and can go to where the cop was, open the door, and get the collectable that you are missing.

Ahh, ok that makes sense . When I did that mission I don't remember going in. I will restart then. Thanks much.. :D
