It should get patched soon. I just dont think capcom put much effort into tranfering the game over to pc. A messy rip fomr the console and splatterd over the pc. They need to patch up the performance issues so people would be able to play it without any serious or noticalbe frame drops. On medium settings at least
Yeah definetly. For now just do this to help performace: Right click Dead Rising 3 in your library and select properties, click set launch options and paste this into it without quotes "-cpuCount=4 -exThreads=7 -high -maxMem=6144 -noPause -enableHT -noLogs". save those as your Dead rising 3 launch options. Then to get rid of the fps cap go to your Dead rising 3 instal directory and make a new text document then paste "gmpcr_unlock_frame_rate = True" into it without quotes, then set it as all files and save it as User.ini and save it. Then just launch your game, set graphics to medium, turn off sync and motion blur, clouds to low, and change 1080p to 720p. Should run alright then. Also try running it in a window
I don't understand; the game isn't meant to go over 30 fps. There is nothing to fix for your specific issue.
