Massive mouse input lag
Getting really hard input lag with the mouse, tried using different settings. The fps is okayish, getting around 29 which drops to 15 in some cutscenes. But the input lag is really bad.

I have tried:
Changing settings ingame
Setting pre rendered frames to 1

Using a brand new Geforce 750Ti with latest drivers, 2gb ram
Win7
quadcore AMD with 3600Mhz, 12gb system ram

I can live with 29 fps, but the input lag is horrible. Does not appear in menus, the mouse is responsive there, but camera movement when playing is lagging and oversteering at the same time.

It seems like the mouse speed and/or polling is tied to framerate. Seeing how the rest of the game is (or at least we were warned it should be), this is not a bit surprise. It's the result of 0 foresight, really, they should have made the game so that it would support variable framerate and thus PC.

Anyone having this issue too? The game does not crash for me (except after exiting the game, then it always crashes, but that does not really matter), I really would like to have clean responsive mouse input

I had the same issue
apparently i was pushing my laptop too far

try playing in a lower definition such as 720p
i had this problem when i played in 1080p
i just switched to 900p with everything on high and it was fine

if this is an actual issue then i'd hope it gets patched so i can play in 1080p

Remove framecap so frames can match closer to your refreshrate.
frames so low from refreshreate can casue input lag its even worst with 120/144hz

This is another reason 30fps or any frame cap for that matter is stupid

I don't think I've ever played a PC game where 30 fps was playable with mouse/keyboard, the camera always feels slow/sluggish (input lag). It sucks... but I rarely have to deal with it since since I run most games at 60 fps - or I drop a few settings down until I get a consistent 50-60 fps.

I play Dead Rising 3 locked at 30 fps since the framerate is all over the place, holding 60 fps in some areas but dropping to low 30s at times. I play almost all 3rd person games with a controller and that feels fine at a locked, sustained 30 fps.
