DR 3 Running Smoothly 1080p Max Settings HD 7970
Managed to bypass the problem I was having with the resolution by duplicating display and having the DVI set to 1080p which meant the HDMI output followed suit from 1920x1200 which couldn't be changed in the options to 1080p. (long story short, my capture equipment wouldn't accept 1200p).

I think the video is still encoding behind the scenes hence the 360p option only being available at present. Give it a few minutes to update.
