How to start the game fully again?

I got a problem. I used to play pirated version of the game and now all my saves transferred to my licensed steam version . I tried to start the game again, but all my levels, skins are saved. Does anybody know how to delete them?

Delete the saves folder in documents and turn off steam cloud, i can't remember the folder name exactly but you can look how to back up the save in google, that info is useful too because the dlc's are glitched, speaking of which, if you start any of the dlc's there is a chance that your progress is reverted to 0 so that might be useful too
