Are the PC port issues fixed?

Me and my friend are looking to buy it but are afraid of the port issues. Have these been fixed?

From what I understand, there have been a few patches for the pc version to fix various issues that plagued the game at launch. That said, I had a hell of a time getting the game to run properly but that was more of an issue on my end. A friend of mine also purchased the game yesterday and tried playing it, he said it ran fine for him as soon as he started it up. Just dont go in expecting consistent 60 fps at all times.

Worst case senario is you both try it out and it doesn't work, you could always refund it at that point. If it does work though, that's great because this game is a blast to play.
