Fov fix?

I've tried googling but had no real luck, are there any guides on how to change the fov without extensive mod usage? The game's FOV is so low (It honestly feels like its in the 40s..) to the point that playing the game physically makes me feel sick. If anyone had a fix then i'd be eternally grateful.

I appreciate the attempt to help but like I asked, I really would prefer a fix without extensive mod usage. Thank you though.

It's more simple and no 3rd party/mod usage.
