If I had to hazard a guess I'd say that it will eventually hit PC. They are probably just working on getting the base game to PC before they start porting it over.

The most likely thing is that it's a timed exclusive, much like Dead Rising 3 was. When the exclusivity contract expired, Capcom brought DR3 to PCs, and when the contract for the more recent Ultra DLC expires, that too will come to Steam.

I'm guessing time exclusive. I hope by the time I'm bored with the core game that perticular dlc is available.

Many consider Super Ultra DLC to be the best DLC for Dead Rising 3, so they need to release it on PC. Xbone owners bashed the Four Stories DLC for being too short and bad, so it's no wonder they are giving them away for free. I would pay extra for Super Ultra DLC, so please Capcom - make it happen! If anyone doesn't know about this, here's the video.
