Changing controls for a controller
So as the title says im trying to figure out how to change or rebind the controls for controllers. Is there a way to do this? Using a ps4 controller, with ds4w, by the way. I haven't played in a a while and i swear i did it back then, but i can't find anything that lets me rebind my controls. All id like to do is just switch sprinting and rolling with one another, i hope i do not hv to go thru hell just to get this. Im fine with sprinting being R1 but i cannot stand roll being L3. thx in advance

I'm sorry I'm late; I just got this game. Anyway, I don't think you need DS4W unless you're getting games from the Windows Store or some place where it won't let you add them to Steam. Steam has support for Dual Shock 4, Dual Sense, Switch Joycons, and Switch Pro Controllers, so you should be fine. All you'd need to do is turn on the options for your controllers in Steam's settings.

Once you take that approach, you can remap the input how you see fit, so rolling could be the touch pad if you want.

If you must have DS4W, enable Xbox/Xinput support in Steam and that will let you remap for the game with it.
As for the remapping. I really can't remember offhand how to do it before booting the game up, but I know you need the controller connected and it involves right clicking the game. I don't remember the specific option.

If you want to change it in game, I think it's shift and tab at the same time to bring the Steam Overlay. The option should be in the upper right corner if I remember correctly.

I hope this helps.
