"AIMING BUG FIXED" - 100FPS CAP SOLUTION
There is issues with the aiming if you unlock the cap from the native 30fps.

"----This tip resolve that problem----"

Go to C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\deadrising3 "Where you have installed the game"

Create a file named User.ini and put this command in : gmpcr_unlock_frame_rate = True and save it.

This unlock the 30fps cap to 120fps "The maximum fps supported in this game"

Download MSI Aferburner from: https://www.msi.com/page/afterburner

And install it with the extension "Riva Tuner Statistics Server" after that execute Riva Tuner Statistics Server and open it.

And put the this settings exactly in: http://prntscr.com/oz6wun

Open the game and you will see now you can aim perfectly with 100 fps!

IT'S FIXED!

Also you can add this 2 commands to turn off mouse acceleration in the User.ini

mouse_smoothing = False
mouse_acceleration = False

Found this on the web might help someone out. " you need to turn on file name extensions. When creating the file without the file name extensions on, it'll just make it a .txt document. To turn it on, click on view (top left of the windows explorer) and on the right side there are three check boxes, one of them is file name extensions. Make sure that has a check mark and now you can make the user.ini a config file "

you can create a profile specific to a single game you want to, pressing on the green add button on the left bottom from Rivatuner Statistics and adding manually the .exe from the game you desire

Seems like this link is broken, anyone have another link or just the settings?

Just set it in your in-game settings to 99Hz and you're good. nothing else needed. 120hz and 144hz have that bug.
