can i get it by using blade weapon to cut zombie off? too hard to find it by random encounter

Some zombies are carrying it. Look for one a hand in its hand. Sometimes they stop and chew on it.

no worry i upgraded my skill so that i can use any box item to create dynameat even without hunk of meat
