It gives you unlimited stamina, while also boosting your attack for a short while. Now any tough enemy is a cakewalk, just pop rage and beat him down mercilessly. It's kinda overpowered, I fought a boss and he didn't know what hit him, it was over in literally seconds!
The other spells in the tree are pretty much worthless compared to rage, though.
You'll need to put several points into faith, and equip the mana regen trinket to get the most out of Solace magic, but my Paladin rarely needs to use potions, and has easy ways to deal with almost all enemies.
It is strong for most enemies, although a few can counter this build, it is the best turtle mode in the game, and in the end you can kill just about anything.
Super interesting. I actually went with warrior and the red power thing. Am finding it tough going.
Looking forward to NG+ for an upgrade on prayer with the red verion regening health and rage.
