I guess its alittle annoying if you have pre-ordered from their official site? It does say Steam key, but they call it a "Limited Edition" and on the otherhand, on Steam they mention nothing of a Limited Edition, thats kinda confusing to me :S
and on the Limited Edition they mention nothing of the Lionheart Pack, which just seems wierd.
Yes, Steam seems to call it "Pre-order Edition". Click on "read more" on the "Pre-purchase Offer" tab and you'll see it.
Also, it seems to be insinuated on the official website that the Lionheart Pack would be an exclusive DLC sold by GameStop only. I think that Steam was bestowed the right to do it as well at some point.
On GameStop, they're advertising: "Pre-order Lords of the Fallen now to get a free bonus upgrade to the Limited Edition!"
I think that the "Limited Edition" is the GameStop version. The Steam version is just being called "Pre-order Edition".
They are basically the same, just with different names.
My conclusion is that the official website has not been updated in a while.

Also are those Gamestop versions steam activations?
You're right, the Steam version is being called "Limited Edition" as well on the official website.
You know what, they're always refering to the Lionheart Pack as DLC. I think they will be selling it separately from the game after launch.
On GameStop, they're also offering it as a bonus: "Pre-order Lords of the Fallen and Receive the Lionheart DLC Pack!". And if you pay attention, you'll see that, on GameStop, the "Limited Edition" does not include the Lionheart Pack DLC. They are two different bonuses!
So, I was wrong when I said that GameStop's "Limited Edition" is exactly the same as Steam's "Pre-order Edition". It looked like it, because on the official website it looks like GameStop's "Limited Edition" includes the DLC. But it doesn't. You get both by pre-ordering on GameStop, but they're still two different bonuses.
Steam probably saw that and did a similar offer to put up a fight with GameStop. But Steam's "Pre-order Edition" does include the DLC.
I think the official website is mistakenly calling Steam's version "Limited Edition", for that's actually the GameStop's version. So, I still think that the official website didn't update accordingly to all those nuances, which probably took place at different points in time.

Exactly, that's one of two pre-order bonuses GameStop is offering. Steam is also offering both, but in a single bonus pack they called "Pre-order Edition".
You know what, I bet they will be selling all that stuff after launch. The only difference is that if you pre-order the game, you'll get all of them for free, while you'll have to pay for them after launch.
I might be wrong though, so watch out.
That is true, but for what ive understood, then its only the limited edition that will be offered later and we both know now i guess that the limited edition doesnt have the Lionheart Pack.
Im thinking that maybe only the Lionheart Pack might be exclusive hmm.. but then when i look at pre-order for xbox and ps4, then Lionheart Pack stands as exclusive pre-order pack or something.
