Broken achievements

I realize this game is pretty dead but in the unlikely event that someone looks and knows, are the following achievements bugged?
-What's Your Story: Unlock all character story lines on any difficulty.
-Supreme Victory!: Win an online match without losing all your green health.
-Down to the Wire: Win/lose an online match with a second left on the clock.
-Friendly Skies: Win/lose an online match where neither opponent has hit each other for 10 seconds.

I've tried plenty to do the online ones with a friend without success. I've also unlocked the extras for Suguri, Saki, Iru, Nanako, Kae, Kyoko and Sora. It seems to be all of them but maybe I'm missing some.

what's your story is broken, didn't find anyone for online though so i dunno about those.
