A way to expand your inventory.

This game is amazing and unique the only thing i don't like is that you can make a machine, that can build giant submarines, so why cant you make a bag to carry more items? This would make the game a bit more fun in my opinion.

Yeh i hope they add this too, creating some form of backpack would be awesome. Most crafting games have some form of inventory extension so i wouldnt be suprised if it is added at some point!
Maybe some form of sacrifice too, where if you wear a backpack it means you cant carry an oxygen tank. Making you have to compromise and decide which is more important, oxygen or stuff!

i would prefer crafting a backpack and as sacrifice slow down movement-speed... that would be awesome

inventory increase backpack (or some other form) would be great.
however if there is a speed penalty it would be nice if it only applied incrementally as you fill it up with more and more weight.

Exactally. Which comes with extra inventory space.

Same for the seamoth (with the right upgrades) and the prawn.

You can find bags on the aurora. A trick to using them is;
Fill it full of "stuff". Pick it up with the propulsion cannon. Click the mouse button that doesn't shoot it into the deep blue so it goes into your inventory. You can now carry 3x3 extra stuff in the 2x2 bag.

There are mods on Nexus that increase personal and storage inventory size.
