How do I get health back?

So I'm playing on the really easy mood where I don't need food or water to survive ;D Some thing attack me and of course I took off but now I'm at 40% health and I don't know how to get it backl! ): Do I need to eat some thing to get my health back? If so do I need to cook it or some thing? I saw people in some pics with like a red blade, Do I need that to cook some thing? Some help would be nice! Thanks to anyone who helps!

First Aid kit. You will need Bleach and creep vines to make it.

You have to make that as well. Salt and coral shell is the recipe to make bleach. There is a wiki for this game, and all recipes are listed in the wiki along with other helpful tips.

It's in tools I believe. Just search through the things you can make, there aren't many.
