Dont you select the sonar in the bottom while driving the seamoth just like launching torpedoes and left click?

Oh, i see. You can only inject into certain creatures with left click same for inject into yourself. Have to experiment with which creatures essence that is available to play with.

LMG = light machine gun, you need to take 50 injections over 5 seconds at least once a day.

Repeat until out of ammo or symptoms go away.

Because they never finished adding it to the game. It's a left over moddel of a half finished project the dev's gave up on.
It doesn't really "do" anything. Which is why you can only find it in the creative mode.
