Food...
Ok so seems simple enough, what how do I eat? I just bought the game and have been diving around a bit exploring, up and down for oxygen... but I'm getting hungry... there is no obvous cues as to what I can eat or even how I eat whatever that might be? Obviously there are fish and stuff crawling around but I get close and there is nothing I can "do" IE kill/grab/bite? the critter? Any help would be well helpful... I cannot even figure a way to bring up a screen to tell me the controls to see if I'm missing an obvious command...

Catch fish, just swim up to them an left click. Then just head over to your fabricator and cook it. :steamhappy:

Catch fish and cook them with the fabricator. To catch fish you literally click on em when you're close.

There will be more tutorial help in the future - in fact there used to be more tutorial help but it's been removed so it can be tweaked and added to.

For now just tell yourself it's extremely immersive - after crash-landing on an alien planet you have NO IDEA what you can and can't eat. For now just try putting everything in your mouth and see what happens.

REAL men don't need hooks and nets.

Actual hint - try eating raw Creepvine (eat it immediately after cutting and don't eat too much) and see what happens.

LOL even better was when I did find out about grabbing the fish with my hands, I did not know about the storage box... cook the fish and they disappear to where? lol... I could not bring up my inventory... took me a bit
