Use the link for spawnable items I gave above, and scroll until you find Table Coral Samples? It's there, if you take a minute to actually look for it.

The console command is "Item (Name) (ammont)

All the fauna that may be related to red table coral or is it

1. red roll plant
2. red cone plant
3. red bush
4. red basket plant

If the table coral is also a console command, the fauna, some of them has their names changed.

For example... "Hanging Fruit tree = Hanging Lantern tree"

If you cannot find it, red table coral can be found close to the lifepod in lighter waters on ground and on the sides of cliffs.

Never knew that command even existed, thanks for telling me Xenoslash. Will add that to the list ^^

To spawn red table coral (presumably when the knife inexplicably stops working on coral, as it does sometimes):

item JeweledDiskPiece

...At least that's what it was until recently; I don't know if it's changed since I needed that last.

I may add that to the list just in case that's the right command for it.

Well, assuming that http://subnautica.wikia.com/wiki/Spawnable_Items is still current, that's how it's listed there as of now.

I find it funny that they list something on the site then afterwards when they get feedbacks from people that some are not working, they still don't remove it off the list and fix it. It just stays there xD

Also, what are the odds that when Subnauticas COMPLETELY finished with all updates for the game, there's going to be DLCS.

I'm sure fixes for random glitches like the knife will be in the final version.

As for DLC, I trust Unknown Worlds that future DLC (if any) would be major expansions to the game/story/world, and not simply one-off items, vehicles, etc.

NOTE: I can't speak for the devs, of course, as I have no connection to UW, but they've been very classy and transparent about the dev process so far. It just seems like they'd handle any possible DLC in the same way.

It's a wikia[www.subnautica.wikia.com]. If anything's incorrect, you can literally edit the information on the page...

Well there you go then. I've still noticed few bugs within game for commands that don't work still that are still in the list. They'd probablly be fixing it, sent them a feedback about it. In future updates, they'll make new commands for console, fauna and other items for sure. They'd be working hard on the next update, I have an idea what the next update will be... it would be a quite a big update to the game if they working on the update I'm thinking of that is xP
