Gasopods
Maybe this has been known since the dawn of Subnautica, but having one of these swarm gas clouds in my face, i noticed you can grab the gas pods before they detonate, course, releasing them results in getting gassed, Future applications for this, Devs?

it is a Weapon Projectile for the Prop Cannon, dont grab it. it is their... Poo?
you can fish with that. small Things will die in the Area of the exploding Gas Projectile.

Breeding Pods will grant you Projectiles for a Cannon, which kills Biters and Crawlers (Underwater), all kind of small Herbivores... Tests for the Effects on Predators are recommended.

I understand, Prop Cannon is a mod and not in game, or not?

The Propulsion Cannon is a Fragment in the Red Grass Area. It will hold Stinger Plants and Warper Projectiles... and everything else you can think of at a HIGH Cost of Energy. 2 per Second i think.

It is the most devastating Harpoon regarding some Ingame Mechanics you can think of.

Facepalm. Prop Cannon - Propulsion cannon. Oh my dumbness lol. Actually i was thinking about a gun which can shoot floaters and gasopod projectiles... I believe it was suggestion. Haha.

I forgot to mention this, but seeing this thread reminded me... I've been getting HEALED by the gasopod gas. First of all it damages me, but then when I leave the cloud I start healing, and I end up with more health than I started with.

Anyone else confirm? It's happened a couple of times with me since the new patch.

Since we're getting gas torpedoes, I assume you'll need these for the ammo.

GAS TORPEDOES! commence building of base twice the size of Aurora to house them all ;) In regards to using the gas pods, you say breed them as in breed in an aquarium? or a planeter? also, with propulsion cannon, just grab them with that and they won't detonate until release?

These are nano-forged Instruments, they are perfect in every Way.

Nothing will harm you with the Cannon, no drooping Stinger will shock you, no Crash will explode, it will also contain the Gas in the Pellet until the Battery is depleted.

Breed them inside the Aquarium.

(i want to plant Crash, Devs! Dont change them, just let me place them in Outdoor Planters. It is a resource giving Species and a nice Prop Cannon Projectile! And while you are on this, let me plant Drooping Stingers too! I dont know how to cut them without taking Damage, but i dont care, you Guys will find a Way! The Reinforced Suit was made for cutting them? Let me cut them for Seeds, Devs!)

A Drooping Stinger is capable of headshotting everything out there except the Crabking and Lady Reaper!

-----------

The Gasopod will release its Gas by leaving the inventory. It is the most reliable Projectile out there. In the Hands of a Madman, this whole Ocean becomes a deadly Weapon anywhere you go:

Biters harm you and come in Packs of 3 or 5? Release your Pod and thin their Lines!

Remember the Weapon Threads? "We want a Harpoon Late Game! Something at a great Cost of Resources (Batteries) and something with rare Ammo (Fauna and Flora)! But we dont get a Harpoon!" (It is ingame, if you know the Behaviour of Fauna and Flora out there!)

AOE Damage: Gasopod Pellets /// Extremely high Damage and Penetration through everything it touches: Drooping Stingers /// Splash Grenades: Crash /// Normal Projectiles: Coral and Stalker (Stalker will damage anything their Jaw touches!) /// Heatseeking Projectile versus Biters: Sandsharks ///

Friendship Fatality Projectiles - "THE MIGHTY CUPID ARROW": JellyRay and RabbitRay! Stalkers, Sandsharks and Bonesharks cant help but chasing these poisonous Fish...

The Ability to grab the 3 Types of Knives was taken away from the Prop Cannon in H2O. (January)

You are not healed by gas. I play in survival mode, stable version. I wear a stillsuit. And i noticed that i regenerate health. When i noticed the regeneration i was not affected by gas
