The annoying robot thing is from Portal a Valve game. I did enjoy Portal 1 since it was new and had some nifty concepts in it, Portal 2 I have not really played that much of. Although, upon release of P2, there were mods and in-game easter eggs of the space core all over, like in Killing Floor which has its own map of Portal. The space core is a companion, of sorts, and thus I didn't want to use the KF video for it, since it was kinda, meh. This one was kinda funny and neat, plus, a lot of the early mods for Skyrim get buried underneath "revealing armor" or "♥♥♥♥ companion" mods. :P As for the topic, I could see this happening since well, it is a sci-fi game, and a companion, like the space core, even unedited, would fit in quite nicely.

I didn't comment on his topic. I was poking Alkpaz about how annoying the space core drone robot thing was in that video. It reminded me of my kids when we would go on long driving trips, when they were likely the Op's age. And all their Dad and I heard for hours was "Are we there yet?" "Vacation!" "Are we there yet?". Over and over and over. If he or she gt salty over lack of understanding that... eh, no skin off my back.

As far as the drone idea goes... not interested in it, don't think I would enjoy having a drone pestering me while I tried to explore and enjoy the scenery, I wouldn't craft it if the Devs felt like spending months to write the code to add it to the game.The Female and male computer AI voices were "cute" at first. But after as many hours as I have played, she and he get on my nerves a bit now as it is. I'll be perfectly happy with my Pet Cutefish when we get it. :)

It's (technically) in the game, but you currently have to spawn it in manually. I'm pretty sure the devs aren't finished working on it yet, and they may not yet know where in the game to place it for early access players to find, but it does work just fine in it's current state. I've spawned one into my last few save files just for fun and let it hang out in the tank in which I keep all my non-food fish.
