Can't find more cyclops parts!
I went to the mushroom biome a few times already (because apparently theres a lot of cyclops parts there) and all I found was moonpool fragments and just 1 cyclops bridge fragment. Any solutions?

Check other biomes, not all are in the mushroom forest. Some are in the crash zone (lots of resources there but there are several reapers too)
Also check the other mushroom forest (there's two, a big and a small one and one has more fragments than the other)

I found all my engine parts near a wreck in the underwater islands so there should be cyclops parts elsewhere.

yes I was just about to mention the underwater islands... i have no idea why i forgot to
anyway um lemme list all biomes with cyclops parts
hull fragments - mushroom forest and sea treader's path
engine - well I guess you don't need engine fragment
bridge fragments - mushroom forest, sea treader's path, crash zone
Try searching in the mushroom forest with the less tall trees, it seems to contain more fragments than the one with the giant tree

delete cache files and unknown fragments will spawn everywhere. Game has horrible random fragment generation.

The Eastern mushroom forest has loads of cyclops parts. A certain wreck north of there has cyclops engine parts.

You need 3 parts each of Cyclops Hull, Engine and Bridge. The Mushroom Forest only has Bridge and Hull Fragments, and they can be easily missed. Another good place to look for those is the Sea Treader's Path, which is on the other side of the Sparse Reef. It's very safe there, the only hostile mob to watch out for are warpers, and there's an abudance of materials there.

For the engine fragments, make sure you check out the Aurora itself. Inside the first hangar you enter, you can find some (Or even all 3) engine parts. After that's been cleared, the Underwater Islands is your next best bet. Just watch out for Bone Sharks and keep your lights off.

Post Jan/Feb 2021 patch (PS4 version), I've been noticing there are a LOT of fragments that just aren't spawning anymore. I've gotten into wrecks for the first time, cutting open doors, and literally nothing is there to scan. Databoxes are still around, but no fragments to use them on. This was really noticeable when I first went to the Aurora and the prawn bay was EMPTY. I finally restarted the game from scratch, and at least the Prawn bay's broken suits reappeared, but now there's not one Cyclops engine fragment to be found, as now the Cyclops storage area was empty and yes, I checked the underwater floating islands as well. :steamfacepalm:

I would say look harder. The fragments are spawning. But they spawn randomly, if you are watching youtube video on how to find things they could be very wrong.

You can always find fragments for blueprints you don't have by building a scanner room. This is pretty helpful in the northeastern mushroom forest.
