I myself don't use mods but I'm pretty sure the whole community uses this stuff so it should be safe. Have fun dude.

If u stick with nexus i can almost certainly say nothing will happend i use a couple mods right now aswell mainly for building and auto sorting /crafting out of containers

Easy Craft
Well one of my favourite right now is Easy craft It automatically pulls items needed for crafting out of storage containers nearby, also auto craft needed ingredients.

Autosort Lockers
Autosort Lockers well as the name implies it auto sorts lockers you build one Autosorter and then special wallsafes or Standing Container, put stuff into the autosorter in it automatcally puts the stuff in the right slots.

Upgraded Vehicles
Makes the Depth Upgrade give More Vehicle armor, more speed and more powercell efficiency. Also adds some extra modules like speed or mk2-4 armor to make the fun stuff even funner might be a bit strong havnt gotten all the upgrades yet
