[SOLVED] Can't Repair Cyclops

I seem to have a breach on my Cyclops' hull that I can't fix. No matter how much I try to weld it, it stays at 0%. What do?

You can only repair the cyclops from the outside, ignore any interior holes. Check the battery in your repair tool.

The breach is outside, I have 85% of my battery left.

You are trying to repair it from the outside of the sub correct? when starting i made the mistake to try to repair a hole from the inside, dint work of course.

If you are outside, at correct distance (very close), and you have power in your repair units battery, you should be able to repair it. Otherwise you might have a bug i think.

I've tried from many angles, distances, I can fix all of the other holes I had but the one will not be repaired. So I guess it's a bug then?

I'm not sure if this will apply to you, but try making sure the Cyclops is submerged. I was unable to start repairing mine even though i was right next to the hole, until the sub was completely underwater. The game can be finnicky for a number of weird little things like that. It might be out of Early Access, but it still has a lot of bugs and strange nuiances.

I always have trouble with that...I always have to find this weird angle that works for 3 seconds and then I have to reposition again...

make sure that you are using the repair tool on the breach, nowhere else.

I have the same probelm... one spot on the hull I can't repair, I have no problem repairing other areas

I normally find that getting a little bit of distance and facing them head-on gets me best results.

I've run into this before. I had breach, that I couldn't repair no matter what angle I approached it from. In my case I fixed it by reloading the game.

I am takin on water as we speak but I do not seem to see any holes fomr anywhere, just water flooding in from the roof of the pilots cockpit I've tried repairing this but I am STILL takin on water please help I don't want ot make a nwe cyclops

I got this a few days ago. One breach was at 0% and could not be repaired while other breaches were at 3% and could be repaired. Exiting the game and then restarting fixed it so it was at 3% and could be repaired.

Reloading the game fixed this for me as well!

Also fixed by reloading game! This is apparently a long-standing bug.
