Before i leave the Sea Emperors facility i want to know how you get the Hatching Enzyme blueprint.

Put an Ion Cube in the Hatcher.

Start the portal. and wait to be spoken to.

Don't you have to scan it (as well)?

Turn on the portal. Scan everything.

I always get it after I start the portal and she comes down and tlaks to me.

I did that. She spoke to me and nothing happened. There were no new blueprints.

I had to go into my PDA and play the message a second time. Then I got the blueprint.
