Can't get into a wreck near Aurora

Hey i'm at a wreck nearish to the aurora, there is a door with a panel i'm pretty sure i'm supposed to repair, but nothing is showing up to let me... there is no other way into this wreck that i can find.... please tell me it isn't bugged :(

Just checking - you know you're supposed to repair the control panel next to the door, not the door itself?

And there are also doors that need a Laser Cutter to open.

Repairable doors are not usually bugged (I've never seen or heard about it happening).

If you can't get in through the door, look for another way in - there are usually multiple entrances/exits.

laser cutter doors usually show a burn in the middle, or u repair the broken panel. and yea, neither working... i never heard of it happening either so maybe u aren't supposed to get into this wreck?"?

there's no other ways in, the other door has no panel and isn't laser cutter useable

There are wrecks with doors that only open from the inside. These are intended to be your way out.

There must be an entrance you haven't seen yet.
It's not always doors. Sometimes it's dark ventilation corridors.
Keep looking around it and shine some light. You'll find it.

Don't worry about that wreck, there's literally nothing inside it, it's a troll wreck.

As for getting inside it, are you sure you're close enough to the panel to use the repair tool (are you trying to use the laser cutter instead?). Proximity is finicky in this game, sometimes you look close enough but you're just a little off to the left or top or up...

I'm playing Subnautica on PS4. Gameplay may be different but I did find the frags to stasis rifle in that wreck near the Aurora. I messed up and beached the seamoth in the Aurora and loaded an earlier game. I didn't have the rifle anymore so went back and for only 1 frag. Went back later to double check and i can't get in it anymore.
