Why no bodies?
There are lots of escape pods and a big space ship. Why not make a few bodies scattered across the planet? floating or in escape pods to scvange off of?

Keep reading your PDA encyclopedia entries. If you haven't scanned a Cave Crawler yet, that's the entry that answers your question.

Some ones clearly never dumped a body (of meat, I ment a body of meat ) in a body of water full of carnivorous creatures before.
Not that I have ether of course.....

You can't prove anything.

there should still be a few in the escape pods that sink, or at the very least make the droppings from the animals contain items that you would have scavanged from the bodies.

Every pod has been either ripped open by local wildlife or was damaged during entry.

even still, i think there should be some floaters, or at least dead bodies on the Aurora itself.

True, but they don't have to be in any of the rooms we've been in.

also having no bodies meant they could apply for a lower PEGI rating.

Honestly, the idea of keeping this game "family-friendly" is absurd. Even without 'explicit violence' or gore beyond splashes of green blood, this game has multiple situations that could very easily give a younger player nightmares for a month or more.

Hell, I'm still freaked out by certain things, and I'm the equivalent of, like, at least 3-4 children.

Really, they should try and go for a higher rating just to save people the trauma of a sudden reaper attack, or the blood kelp zone, or seeing the shadow of a dragon in the ILZ.

Personally, I recommend nudity. Crashfish tits are needed.

The thing is that it’s the blood/gore/ that ups the rating. Ratings don’t go up based on “jump scare” factor which many of the creatures in this game bring to the game.

I like that there aren’t any carcasses. It kind of shows how ruthless the planets ecosystem is.

Exactly, that's what I'm saying. Trying to argue that this game is "family-friendly" just because it can potentially apply for that kind of rating doesn't make any sense, as there are plenty of non-regulated disturbing elements in gameplay.

As for the planet's ecosystem, it's... Well, one thing is them skeletonizing the people, that's fine enough. Then we have the bones, which apparently the crawlers can break up and digest, but there are plenty of areas where the crawlers don't live. Finally we have the suits, which I'm going to go ahead and assume are not actually made out of some biodedgradeable material that would be eaten or decompose in the interrim...

Also, what about all the other bones and skeletons lying around that *didn't* get consumed?

In an unrelated note, Steam's censorship policy just made it look like I said something much more vulgar than I actually did. Thanks, Steam.
