Just explore until you get that if beacon you want to find it organically.

If you want spoilers about the location:

Head south-southwest from your pod - look for a static cloud sitting on the surface of the water.

Well, a radio message will lead you to a location with a PDA that gives you the "Dry Land" beacon - so make sure you're following up on those radio messages and exploring the locations they provide thoroughly.

You won't get the Dry Land beacon from a radio message itself.

The Floating Island is south-west from the safe shallows. Just get to the surface and look to south-west, youll see some clouds that look suspicious, go into that direction and it becomes visible the moment you get close enough. As for the Cyclops engine parts, go north from the safe shallows to the underwater islands. Youll find a large wreck at around 240 meters, around it sometimes 10-12 engine pieces. Be advised, tons of bone sharks there so park your Seamoth at distance if you can.
