i cant take naptune escape rocket blueprint!!!!!
i opened captain quarters room much time ago.i took a message a guy says:go captain quarters room.i did it but there is no blueprint.i watched videos.they downloading something on the console or something like that.but i did it long times ago.pls help :(

Check your PDA blueprints you might already have it when you opened ita while ago.

The launch pad blueprint is the only one you unlock in the cabin. Once you build it you can construct the rocket using the computer on the launch pad.

the pad is built using the Mobile Vehicle Bay the same one you built the Seamoth and Cyclops, it needs to be in deep water, then the rest is built in the platform, just be prepared for some exploring for the resources.
