I got two of them hanging around my base and the lil bastiches keep getting caught in and in between my habitat struts. Is there a way to kill them or use the console to warp them out?

they have a lot of health, so just slashing away with a nice could take a while, using Instagib console command will kill you as well, if you have a Stasis rifle you could freeze them then use your knife to slash them, rinse and repeat until there gone.

If you prefer a less than lethal aproach, you can use the Repulsion cannon to push them away.
They shouldn't come back once you've knocked them far away enough.

Use the repulsion gun to push them to point 0,0,0 on the map and then watch the fun.
