Anyone know where i can find this, spend 2h looking everywhere and still cant find

If you follow the plot you will eventually find a bunch of them. They are located inside of alien bases. The most accessible ones are inside of the giant laser that shoots down the Sunbeam you should be able to find 3 of them there.

One is in a pool in a cave on the island. Keep going down and you will see it.

You can go into Options and turn on markers for all the important locations and items in the game.
