I can't find the code to enter the captains quarters on the Aurora. I'm on day 92 and I still haven't been given the code. Is there a trigger that makes that code available. It's been months since my last radio transmission.

Have you checked your pda? You probably missed the transmission. You should get it a day or two after the sunbeam event. It's in the databank tab in your PDA, then data downloads and in codes & clues. Or simply go back and check your transmission history.

Thanks morph113. I re-checked my PDA again and I do not have that transmission. I have 7 entries in Codes & Clues, but nothing mentions the captains quarters. I have all the codes for the other 3 rooms, Lab, Cargo Bay, and Cabin #1. I went through every transmission and nothing.

I'm stumped.

I've gotten plenty from the radio, just nothing with a captain code. All lifepods have been received and checked out. Pods, 3,4,6,7,12,13,17,19. I'm also nearly finished with the Degrassi(sp) mission.

Just to double check, you did have the sunbeam event already right? I mean you should have a long time ago, but just making sure.

The Sunbeam is the ship that tries to rescue me, right? And gets shot down and blows up. Yep, done that been there. Explored that island too and got the alien data points and alien weapon blueprints, etc etc etc

Accorfing to the wiki, the transmission in question is triggered by either (or both?? the wiki is not clear) 5 days after the Sunbeam event or entereing the Disease Research Facility.

Thanks everyone for the help. That radio transmission just triggered and I received the code. I have no idea why it triggered so late.
I've watched 2 different youtubers and both of them triggered it WAY sooner AND I had done everything they had done, on camera anyway.
Oh well, moving on.

Um it was day 14 for me when the sunbeam blew up, and now its day 75 with no transmission with codes.

I never found the code for the quarters next to the Captain's quarts (also locked with a key code).

I thought I did a pretty thorough sweep of the Aurora (visited it twice), but I must have missed a PDA somewhere. Oh, well, I'm sure there's nothing in that room that I need now, almost done with the game.

The PDA with that code on it is found in the Aurora locker room. It's very dark in there and there are lot of lockers, so easy to overlook it.
