Didn't get location on PDA (SPOILERS)

So after interacting with the control terminal of alien facility (the gun thing) on the mountain island, it told me I couldn't deactivate the device yet. I got a "Translating background broadcast. Downloading summary to databank." message, and a notification about "alien base location". I checked all over the PDA including databank and beacons, and no new location has appeared though. I checked on wiki, and I think I was supposed to get "Disease Research Facility" (or something like that) coordinates, but that didn't happen, so I wonder how I'm supposed to find it and get there now?

You don't get a beacon for that (any more), you have to find it yourself - read the entries again, specifically the one that lists all the alien facilities on the planet.

Open "Databank" tab --> Downloaded data --> Codes & Clues.
The hint for your next target is there.

Oh, I found it under "codes and clues"! Because of some reason it didn't have the yellow marker that usually appears on new entries, so I didn't notice it. Thank you for help!

Lost river, find an entrance from the bloodkelp zone or grand reef zone down to it, from there the passage should lead you to it, depending which side you went down, you may want to check out for large open passage ways off to the side until you find a roughly square shaped building with some kind of energy connectors come from cave walls to the facility. it is in lost river.
