Jacksepticeye Tank Not in Blueprints

I have had in my Steam inventory for months, and my old saves (the ones before 1.0) had it available in the PDA. But I started a new game today to finally play the full release and it's not there to construct. What happened?

I picked up the tank 10 months ago or so and it has been in all my games since. I just picked up Markiplier in this current playthrough and only then discovered that I no longer have Jacksepticeye.

The code above does not work now. Have i lost him forever?

You shouldn't need the code anymore if you never uninstalled the game. Just open your builder menu and it is available on the last screen of blueprints.

Except it isn't there.

It was there in my last playthrough in experimental but is not there now in stable. I have toggled back and forth from experimental to stable before and it has always been there.

Still no jacksepticeye in the game.

All I can think of that could have caused this is I reinstalled win10 recently. Steam says I have it.

Yeah I activated it years ago, and I started a game up a few days ago. I haven't played the game in a fews years. I feel like the jacksepticeye was removed from game a while back, in some update. Either by accident or intentional.

Markiplier is getting lonely standing there all by his lonesome.

It was probably an accident as there have not been any updates to the stable branch in 4 months or so and this happened recently.

I am missing it as well, I have the tank in my steam inventory but not in the builder.

according to someone idk if this is legit or not but one person said that the engine is having trouble scanning the steam inventory
