What did YOU put in the time capsule?

I put my Seaglide in, because, as a new player, this would be the most helpful starting out.

I thought about putting resources in it, but with so limited space...

All my Cyclops upgrades (Fire Supression System,Energy Efficiency module,Thermal Generator Unit, Shield generator, Sonar Unit and Depth Module Mk. III). Along with some tips and a nice picture of my Cylops named "Sea Explorer" in Dark Blue and Orange right beneath the natural thermal vent. I hope whoever finds it, makes good use of it.

I found a Time Capsule with a stasis rifle on my hardcore playthrough... Didn't last very long though, unfortunately, because shortly after that I got my ass kicked by the ghost leviathan in the lost river -.-

I put a cuddlefish egg, cat poster, coffee, chips, filtered water and a nutrient block. helpful if you need food and water and I didn't give them endgame stuff

It is hard deciding what to put in it because you know at least someone will complain no matter what you put in it. You just cant please everyone.

I say just go ahead and put in really good stuff. For people who get ion batteries and think it's gamebreaking they can just toss it in the trash can (if they can't NOT use it it's their own fault for having poor impulse control). On the other hand if people are seeking capsules to help with the grind and they get a cooked peeper there's not much they can do with it.

Havent used one yet but found two.

One had a repulsion cannon and some vortex torpedos and the other had some water and rotten bulb koosh lol

Dunno what i'm going to put in mine though.. I wanna put good stuff in but nothing that would be too good that it spoils someone elses game by taking away their need to explore certain places looking for certain resources.

Items i'm thinking of atm are Laser Cutter, Battery, Marblemelon seed, Potato, Copper Wire, nutrient block, the really good water from the habitat filter or something along those lines..
Nothing too good like a Mk3 depth upgrade or a bunch of plaststeel ingots lol that would be too much.

I put 4 Kyanite and 2 Benzene. Not sure what the point of the whole thing is but on the off chance that the time capsules are a kind of new game plus mechanic and I might find the stuff I leave, having those things really early would be pretty danged helpful.

Time capsules are for other players to find on their playthrough, not for yourself :) Although I can't be sure whether you can find your own capsule on a different playthrough, though.
