It's not fully repaired yet - you may have to check behind furniture or stuff hanging on the wall.

i bet its another base part not connected but connected by the grid...still leaking.

Also, you need to have power. Is your bioreactor empty?

Yup, I've finally run into this problem for the first time last night. (Well, I mean I've had several integrity failures, but this is the first time that it simply refuses to drain.) I'm currently procrastinating and playing other games because I've been around the inside and outside of my base twice without finding the hole, and it's a chore now.

Base integrity is ~40, so I assume there's a hidden hole somewhere. *sigh*

i wonder if its actually a bug or glitch.

maybe you missed a crack in a glas segment. ( i-segment chain glas tubes can be annoying to fix )

Get your repair tool out + active and ran everywhere. Had this once, think I repaired a part to 99% but had to go out and up for air. When I came back there was no sign of leaking, cause it looked repaired, but the 1% was still missing.

At least I had an idea of where I should hold that repair tool to. Wish you luck.

Well, after a lot more searching around the inside and outside of the base with an active repair tool, I can't find the leak. I think one of the panels must have been repaired to 99%, but I sure can't find it. I have one bulkhead and the leak seems to be in one half of the base, but I don't trust that either and have tried to repair everything.

I think the game is telling me to build a new base elsewhere, or maybe just go find something else to do with my life.

If you are SURE that the H.I. is sufficient for your depth, Start building Bulkheads.

If you are NOT sure that you base has a positive H.I. value, read this wiki page...twice.
https://subnautica.fandom.com/wiki/Hull_Integrity?so=search

Seal off a small area, even just one tube, that you are SURE is breach free, and let it drain. go through into the adjacent flooded zone, and Bulkhead off another limited section.

You can remove excess Bulkheads in the dry sections behind your current search if you wish.

Keep expanding the dry portion of the base, until you seal off a small flooded section that will not drain. There is an unsealed breach somewhere in that room.

You COULD remove all the furnishings to find the breach...OR...first...

Pause quietly in the flooded room. Look slowly and carefully around, below the water surface. You are looking for a small faint stream of disturbed water and tiny bubbles. That should point you to the breach.

Bring the repair tool close to the wall end of the bubble stream to confirm the breach. You should be able to repair the breach even if there is a rank of Lockers, etc, in front of it.

CAUTION: That may not be the only left-over breach. Continue the search process until the entire remaining flooded portion of the base starts draining. That is prima facie evidence that the base is finally all sealed up.

Note: Above process will NOT work well if you do not have positive H.I. However, if you ARE trying to track down the breaches using Bulkhead compartmentalization, and you leave the Bulkheads in place, the added Bulkheads will eventually raise the H.I. to positive.

Ran into this myself, fully repaired my hull and the water wasn't draining. Turned out some equipment on the wall was also damaged (think it was the radio) and as soon as it got fixed the drain motors kicked in.

@Jean.
Huh. Never ran into that one before.
