Top of the page lists how to get them working.
Use the ""dig # " command, about half way down the list. With the "#" being how many meters you want to dig down (and ever other direction).
If you set it too high it can make for some fun screen shots. All changes made with this will reset when you next save-quit-reload.
It was a long tense walk out and took about 2.5 hours. I didn't want to save in case I couldn't get out and didn't want to alt tab out of the game to back up my save because I was getting more crashes then and was worried that would do it.
At least I happened to have the grapple arm and jump jets installed at the time.
When this happens in this game, the grapple is the only things we've found that seems to work.
But I have no idea if that's an option in that game (like a lot of others, I'm putting off playing it until it's out).
Just spawn in a new Prawn suit. And any upgrades you had installed at the time. And if you need or want to, go and destroy your glitched Prawn suit. BZ is still in heavy EA so console commands are, imo, completely acceptable.
Or better yet, console command item exosuitgrapplingarmupgrade, or something like that, and spawn Grapple arms in your inventory to give your Prawn suit. Then see if you can pull yourself free.
If you have a grapple you can drag yourself out of the base glitches in the first Subnautica. I never take the Prawn inside an alien base without it on me, because every little ramp can get you stuck. I don't know if it's available in BZ.
