Where to find Power Cell Charger Fragments
I know the question has often been raisend, but where do i find the fragments? Wiki says, they must be in the northwest mushroom biome, but i only found cyclops fragments there. A User in Steamforums said, they could be north of the floating islands, but i didnt find any fragments there and most of the area is below 200 m where i only can stay few seconds.

you can find them nearby pod four you can use the teleport command "goto wreck1" (nearby pod 4) and "goto wreck2" both including it and some other stuff.

you only need two of them i think
each other brings 2 titanium

to get the moonpool: if you have the cyclopse already or can go to 400-500 with your seamoth then go to the north mountain island and the wreck is just north of the island. bring a cutting torch. theres also prawn arm fragments in there

I had this exact problem yesterday. On the Precursor Update, there are no Powercell Charger fragments on the Sparse Reef (north of Floating Island) that I could find. They were only on the wreck in the Mushroom Forest that's suspended on a giant mushroom tree. This is way West and slightly North of the Aurora wreck. You'll need a laser cutter.

I've also been told they are in the Shroom Caves, not sure where that is.

i have to admit that im very confused about fragment placement and how it change for the players. is it possible, that fragments are randomly placed in specific spots? It might have to do with experminetal update

anyways, shouldnt be the moonpool be discovered before cyclops?

That's sort of the problem I have with the Power Cell Charger placement, at least in the Mushroom Tree, maybe there's a spot closer to the lifepod: I'm not going to be very adventurous with the Seamoth until I'm sure I can make repeat journies and the fuel source is sustainable. If they want to encourage players to setup more outposts, then they need to make multipurpose rooms easier to find from the get-go, so that the bioreactor can provide power in deeper biomes.

Fragments are not *supposed to* spawn in random locations. But they've been having issues with fragment spawning and stuff is spawning in the wrong spots sometimes, or multiple fragments are spawning where only one should spawn.

This was all supposed to be addressed in the most recent update but from my experience I suspect there may still be some lingering issues.

Yeah but who said they want to encourage us to build multiple bases?

If powercell and battery recharging stations were harder to find, so players needed to create bases for food and water generation for longer trips/searching local areas/exploring wrecks.

Shroom Caves are near lifepod 17, in a cave with purple mushrooms. I saw it in one of Markaplier's videos.

If yall need to find blueprints, go to this website, I found everything I needed there, http://subnautica.wikia.com/wiki/Wrecks, it has all the wrecks and what blueprints are in the wrecks and their coordinates and the biome that theyre in.

To add to this: to see what your coordinates are in game, hit the F1 key. Your coordinates are listed under something like 'camera world position'.
