Fixing the Aurora/finding the engine room
I've only found some older and apparently outdated tips and demo videos on fixing the Aurora breaches and finding the engine room. Does anyone know if you can CURRENTLY (new update) fix anything and how to get to the engine room?

In all the other parts of the Aurora I have explored so far, I never got a chance to use the welder/repair tool on anything (no progress/dialog appeared telling me that I can repair anything when I point the welder or scanner at breaches). I've entered the Aurora via the ramp in the front and removing the crates and the bench from the door with the Propulsion Cannon, been to the Admin Office, Vehicle Bay, Locker Room, Living Quartes, Prawn bay, Lab, Cafeteria, Seamoth bay and the Core Drive (the one with the two ladders down when you enter and half the room under water). The latter has breaches but I can't seem to do anything about them (?).

It's the core drive room where you need to do the repairs.

On the four columns in the room, you will find a total of 10 (I think) leaks. Use the welder to fix them.

Okay, so I have to go back there and try again. Couldn't figure out how to do it and got no progress last time. Time to try again. Thanks!

While you're there, check the small terminals in the middle of the room. One of them contains a Cyclops upgrade..

I think I have already found all the upgrades and fragments in this update - I have the Cyclops, PRAWN and Seamoth with upgrades, bio, thermal and nuclear reactor, Cyclops arms and Water Filtration System and been to the Active Lava Zone with the Lava Lake and parts of the Lost River (Tree Cove, Bones) and got kyanite and sulphur. The only thing I haven't managed to do (it seems) is fixing the Aurora and finding Precursor bases (although I once dead-ended in one when my PRAWN fell through the ground, so I know there's parts of the Lost River, Active Lava Zones, junctions and Jellyshroom Caves I haven't found yet, so still lots of exploring to do :-D )

its a cyclops module not a fragment

If it's still there, I'll find it. Thank you!
to repair the aurora, go to the front of the ship and make your way in that way. the devs have made the aurora a maze, so it might take a while, but its in theresomewhere.

Do you need a fire extinguisher? Or do you just use the propulsion cannon? Maybe I should just straight up ask, HOW DO I GET INTO THE AURORA IN THE FIRST PLACE?!

You need fire extinguishers, but these can be found right on the Aurora on your way in and there's more inside when you need them. So you don't need to craft and bring one yourself (at least not for the fires that block your way). You also need at least the Propulsion Cannon. One fragment can be found right in the entry before your way further in is blocked, but you probably have to search wrecks for the other fragment you need to build it. If you already have the Modification Station (not the one for the Moonpool, the one you can place anywhere else like in your base), it might be a good idea to also craft a Repulsion Cannon (upgrade to a Propulsion Cannon) because it's sometimes easier to move heavy stuff with this one.

As to the entry:
Go to the very front (north-east). Pretty much on the northwestern side of the front, you will find a platform you can swim onto and then walk on until you reach the closed hull. Follow the boxes (which have first aid boxes, batteries and water in them) to some sort of ramp made of debris (walking to your right on the platform). Follow the boxes up the ramp until you reach a higher section that's pretty unstable. If you keep following the boxes, you get straight to a door under fire. There's an extinguisher almost right in front of it. Put out the fire and go in. You'll come to a T-section. On your right is more fire to extinguish and the Admin office. On your left, you'll find a blocked parh. You can clear that path with one of the Cannons.

I'm done fixing the breaches now, thank you! Seems I had already picked up the module for the Cyclops, but I found a Storage module for the Seamoth/PRAWN after extinguishing the fires on the PRAWN bay platform.

Has anyone reached the door on the platform with the burned letters in the PRAWN bay? (Not the one with the Prawn suits and debris and ramps, the one that is totally disconnected becuase the ladder has molten away). I'm pretty sure you can reach it by rearranging the cargo boxes with the Propulsion Cannon but haven't managed so far (ran out of batteries because I'm not skilled with the Cannon yet :-D).

And has anyone found (or found out) the code for the last door in the Living Quarters corridor?

Okay, forget about that door in the PRAWN bay. I managed to get up to the platform by piling up crates, but you can't open it (yet)

There isn't one yet, it can't be opened. But we can certainly speculate about what will be on the other side. I'm hoping for bullion, jewels and numerous blonde maidens.
