why they are soooooooo cute the leviantans :steamhappy:
The only leviathan eggs we see are the Ghost's and Sea Emporer's.

The Sea Emporers have been in captivity for centuries (possibly millennia) and are nearly extinct. Keeping a baby one in captivity seems kinda morally dubious.

If you've been to the tree section of the Lost River, you'll probably have noticed the giant globules in the tree. Those are Ghost Leviathan eggs. Just as large, if not larger, than an Alien Containment unit. Even if you could lug one all the way back to your base, you'd have nowhere to put it.

The giant egg at the top of the tree is MUCH larger.

Why do you keep spelling the word "leviantan"? As for eggs, both the Sea Dragon and Emperor have egg models, but they are very large. Too big to collect and put in your large aquarium. Plus, they start with a big baby form and row extremely fast and large, bigger than any of the creatures you can currently put in the aquarium. Though it would be great to have them with the other egg hatched creatures, unless you had a tank half the size as the lava zone's primary containment facility one, then there's no way to hold them at a base.

Mabye you could push a ghost leviathan egg back to your base with the cyclops, and then just leave it next to your base.

The game has a work-in-progress baby sea dragon pet. So we might still get one.

I think it shoots fireballs at your other fish so it might need a solitary containment though!

Believe it or not, there is/was a Trello Card on this very subject.
