2. thats a normal message
3. I have no idea
Those weird messages are precursor language messages. Our AI cannot decipher them.
Subnautica has a long standing history of having the vehicles say funny things upon entry. Some people claim that they were removed a while back but I doubt it. They are too funny.
All in all, nothing to be concerned about. Keep playing and enjoy yourself.
Best of luck with your problems/ visits from leviathan / oh dear god my base no.
1: That was the Sea Emperor Leviathan. It plays 20 minutes after you try to deactivate the gun.

2: Those are the warpers. They can send trasmittions through the radio broadcaster.
3a: That's an easteregg. The cyclops says the following things:
"You are the best captain on this planet. And I'm not even squidding."

3b: Another warper trasmittion.

In short, these are all normal.
The way the game saves data, it saves part of the game data into your save file (in addition to just changes you made to the game world).
So, when a new update comes along, it may have changed something that comes in conflict with what your old save game shows.
EG: when they rolled out the (machinery update?) where the thermal and nuclear plant got new models, I loaded an old save quickly to just check them out. But, I was still seeing the old models. The models were saved in my save file as part of the game data, and conflicted with the updates models.. so the game used my saved games models instead.
I kept playing it and noticed all kinds of funky stuff.. which I first thought was bugs.
I also had awful frame rate.
But, I started a new game... frame rate cleared up, new models showed up, things that were bugs in old save cleared up.
From then I just started a new game after a new update came out. But, I got tired of doing that every month, so I waited for about 5 updates to come out to play ghost update lately from scratch.
Totally worth it.
Also, nice to know I can hear the darned warpers closing in around me. Is that why more have started showing up literally everywhere in my game? Seriously they are in many more places than they used to be. Places I had been in before now suddenly have warpers when the did not have them before.
Shining example was when I was attacked by one just off the edge of the safe shallows and the kelp forest. Ruddy teleport buggars are some of the scariest things simply because they don't even have to get near me and can take me out of almost any vehicle I decide to be in.
... they can't warp me out of a Cyclops can they? God I hope not.
