How do I make the High Capacity Tank?

Sorry I'm kind of new to the game, I have the blueprints and the ingredients, but the fabricator doesn't have HCT as an option? Anyone know how to make it?

edit: how do I recharge my tools, like my Repair Tool? Thanks

You need a modification station for that.
You can find its fragments in the Grand Reef, wrecks in Mountains and Blood Kelp zones and in Jellyshroom caves in the seabase.

Make a new battery or charge a new one in a battery charger(which you have to find too), take it and press R on a tool which you want to recharge.

Also, you'll need to de-equip your tank in order to upgrade it, so ensure you have a little room in Subnautica dude's inventory first.
