use your tribesmen crafters
1) They will always be able to skill up higher than your main char who is capped at 50 for any crafting proficiency.
2) They will pull the needed materials from the boxes so I don't have to search for them.
3) They will craft while I'm away doing the fighting/gathering.
4) You can automate the crafting to be cyclic and done in small batches over time, ie craft X of item Y every Z minutes.
